1st water bill ! ! !

When i was finished bath, my fren told me that our water bill RM5 foe each person... WTH ! ! ! RM5 each person le... My hostel around 18 ppl, which mean total water bill is RM90.... =.=" Damn EXPENSIVE ! ! !
